Port of Vancouver

Grey Area worked with the Port of Vancouver (then Port Metro Vancouver) on an extensive public-facing strategy and scenario planning process entitled “Port 2050"

• Port of Vancouver scenario planning
  Guided the Port of Vancouver through a long-range strategic planning process incorporating multiple external stakeholders as part of the core scenario planning team. Worked closely with Port leadership team to develop scenarios and strategy, conducted research on future trends, produced public-facing scenario planning workshops.
